Prior to setting up her own immigration practice, Jane was a senior executive in the publishing industry living and working overseas for many years. In the UK and the USA she travelled extensively running editorial offices in South Carolina, Chicago, San Francisco and New Hampshire. Her work also took her to South Africa, Hong Kong, Belgium, France and Malaysia. She is married to a Ukrainian and has family in Ukraine. Jane has first hand experience with the issues people face in changing countries.

Alla Ponomarenko
Services Administration Manager
Alla Ponomarenko is Opal Immigration Services Administration Manager. She often works with clients to book consultations, return documents, assist with Australian Federal Police clearances and generally take care of our office and our clients.
Alla was born in Moscow and is a fluent Russian speaker. She and her family emigrated to Australia in 2006 and all are now proud Australian citizens. In Russia Alla worked for more than 15 years as a Project Manager with one of Russia's biggest software development companies.
